Senior Pastor
Pastor Johnson is a Kansas City native, preacher, teacher, musician, singer, songwriter, husband, and father. His ministry journey includes pastoral leadership, evangelistic work, youth leadership, and service across the Apostolic faith community.
He and Lady DeLena Johnson were called to serve Greater Pentecostal Temple after Bishop Marvin E. Donaldson announced his retirement and selected them for succession in 2023.
First Lady
Lady DeLena Johnson, affectionately known as “Lady Dee,” brings a heart for family, women, emotional wellness, and community care. Her background in social work and ministry service supports her calling to help build whole people, strong families, and thriving communities.
Pastor Emeritus
Bishop Donaldson served Greater Pentecostal Temple for more than four decades and is honored for visionary pastoral leadership, community service, church growth, and his continuing legacy as Pastor Emeritus.
